    Your community association management services include the following:

    •              Practices requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and managerial skill when done for remuneration and when the association or associations served contain more than 10 units or have an annual budget or budgets in excess of $100,000;

    •              Controlling or disbursing funds of a community association;

    •              Preparing budgets or other financial documents for a community association;

    •              Assisting in the noticing or conduct of community association meetings;

    •              Coordinating maintenance for the residential development and other day-to-day services involved with the operation of a community association.

     

     

     

  • Community Information

    General Rules & Information: (other rules not listed will apply)

    1. There is no storage of car dollies, utility, or motorcycle hauling trailers on the lot. The storage area in front is not part of the resort.

    2. Propane campfires only.

    3. Speed Limit is 10 miles per hour.

    4. Lot must be maintained in an orderly, clean condition and occupied in a careful and lawful manner.

    5. Dumpster near the clubhouse is provided for trash.

    6. Maximum of two well-behaved pets. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area.

    7. Pet Rules are available under ‘Documents’ in your online portal.

    8. Residents are to act in a civilized manner, be a good neighbor, and respect the rights of others. No trespassing on other resident lots.

    9. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Noise shall be kept to a minimum.

    10. Certificate attesting to Opt-Out of Fire Sprinkler System Retrofit in the clubhouse.
